Joelon Chinn - Senior Design Engineer Lead
Joelon Chinn is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California, a Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) as recognized by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers and a proud Bulldog from Fresno State with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Joelon is an ideal leader for the firm as he has valuable experience from working in the Central Valley since 2005. He has worked with prestigious firms like New England Sheet Metal, Teter A&E, Lawrence Nye Carlson Associates and Lawrence Engineering Group.
Tanbir Singh - CAD Drafter
Tanbir joined the firm in December of 2018. He is currently attending Fresno City College with the intent to transfer to CSU Fresno to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He offers great forethought to a project and is very detail oriented. When he is not studying or working he enjoys spending time watching basketball.
Michaela Eropkin - Project Manager
After taking the reigns as project manager in 2019 Michaela has successfully managed over three hundred engineering projects through JNL. Her ability to bring design projects to completion by developing smart, economic, and sustainable strategies that work is her calling card. She works closely with clients while utilizing her ability to meet deadlines and deliver exactly what customers want. Michaela’s ability to collaborate closely with clients is what sets her apart. Her superior budget management which considers all areas associated with design, coupled with project evaluation at all stages of the design process, always ensures stakeholder satisfaction.
John Robles - Commissioning
After joining JNL in 2020 John has spearheaded commissioning operations for the company. He has the experience and communications set required to navigate the commissioning process with our clients effectively and efficiently. He works alongside different owners and Contractors throughout the Valley to ensure Customers get the install quality they are expecting by providing timely and efficient commissioning services. John also has experience working with The Fresno Unified School district as well as the Fresno Community college districts. He considers all facets of the construction process while collaborating directly with the owner and contractors to ensure that all systems and equipments are inspected and documented properly. John considers his clients as his number one priority and is therefore always accessible.
Ricardo Moreno - Project Designer
Ricardo is entering his second year as a designer at JNL. After completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Fresno State University, Ricardo joined JNL as a Mechanical and Plumbing designer. During the last year Ricardo has completed over twenty projects. Ricardo is a very meticulous Designer that puts his client’s satisfaction, above all else. Ricardo uses effective team skills along with his design abilities to complete projects both quickly and accurately while holding up the standards of the California Mechanical and Plumbing codes. Ricardo's abilities and creativity coupled with his dedication to clients enables him to consistently deliver an excellent design experience.
Eric Anderson - EIT, Project Designer
Eric is currently entering his second year as a designer for JNL mechanical. After obtaining his bachelor’s in engineering from Montana Technological University, Eric returned home to the Central Valley to begin his career. He has three years’ experience in the mechanical and Plumbing design field and works effectively in a highly interactive team environment. Highly motivated and self- directed, he believes in understanding the root cause of problems before providing solutions. He has acquired his certification as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) the first step towards becoming a licensed engineer in the State of California. Eric is dedicated to ensuring that his clients visions become reality through his collaborative and meticulous design process.
